How will my audition clip be judged?
Your submitted clip will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Entertainment Value (10 points)
– How engaging, enjoyable, and impactful your performance is. - Quality & Technical Skills (10 points)
– The level of skill, accuracy, and overall execution demonstrated. - Creativity (5 points)
– How original, unique, or innovative your act is.
Is there a fee to audition?
What types of talents can I audition with?
Can I use background music or editing in my audition clip?
Any tips to improve my video and audio quality for the audition?
- Use a stable tripod or phone stand.
- Record in a quiet, well-lit space.
- Do a quick test to check lighting, sound, and framing.
- Keep it clear, concise, and under 2 minutes (including your introduction).
Can I audition in more than one category?
You may audition in more than one category, but each act must be a new, standalone submission.
What should I wear for the audition, is a costume required?
A costume is not required. Dress comfortably or in an attire appropriate for your act.
Do I need to have a specific setup or background?
No, there’s no need for a special setup. However, we encourage using a clean and a well-lit background.
Will the audition clip be shared publicly?
Audition videos will be used solely for judging and will not be shared publicly without your permission. If selected, you may be asked to sign a media release form for promotional use.

When and how will I be notified if I'm shortlisted for the semi-finals?
Shortlisted participants will be notified via email or text message by 15 September 2025.
